Luther is a tiny Lake County community of 300 people in Michigan's north-central forests. US Highway 10 runs right through town, connecting to Reed City (15 miles east) and Baldwin (10 miles west). From Grand Rapids, take US-131 north to US-10 west for about 75 miles. The area draws hunters, fishermen, and ATV riders heading into the Manistee National Forest, with Luther serving as a supply stop before venturing into the backcountry. The town sits at the crossroads of major snowmobile trail systems.
