Luke is a tiny mountain town in western Maryland's panhandle, accessible via US Route 135 from I-68 Exit 22. The former paper mill town sits along the Potomac River, about 15 miles from Cumberland. Most traffic comes from I-68, which connects Baltimore to points west. The massive West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company mill once made this one of the world's largest paper-producing facilities.
