Louann is a tiny Arkansas community of about 120 people located on Highway 7, roughly 25 miles south of Camden in timber country. The main route connects north to Camden and south toward Louisiana, with most residents making the Camden run for shopping and services. The local post office has been serving the area since 1901 from the same small building.
