Lotsee is a tiny Tulsa County community of four people, about 20 miles southeast of Tulsa via Highway 51 through Broken Arrow. Most visitors arrive from Tulsa or Muskogee using state highways 51 and 16. Despite having just four residents, Lotsee operates its own post office, making it one of Oklahoma's smallest independent postal communities.
