Loretto is a small Tennessee town along Highway 43, about 90 miles south of Nashville and 20 miles from Lawrenceburg. Most visitors arrive via I-65 to Highway 64 west, then Highway 43 south. The route from Huntsville takes Highway 72 west to Highway 43 north. The historic railroad depot now serves as the town museum.
