Longoria is a tiny Starr County community of just 23 people in deep South Texas, about 45 miles west of McAllen along US Highway 83. The main route follows US-83 through Roma, with State Highway 755 providing north-south connections. Long-distance travelers typically reach the area via I-35 from San Antonio, then connect through Laredo or down US-281 through the Valley. This remote spot operates one of Texas's smallest post offices.
