Little Bitterroot Lake is a small mountain community in northwestern Montana, about 45 miles from Kalispell via US Highway 2. The main route runs west through Columbia Falls, offering scenic mountain views along the way. It's roughly 30 miles from Glacier National Park's west entrance and about three hours from Spokane. The 1,037-acre lake maxes out at 42 feet deep and is known for northern pike fishing.
