Liscomb is a small farming town in central Iowa's Marshall County, about 15 miles northeast of Marshalltown via Highway 14. Most visitors arrive from Interstate 35, taking Exit 144 at Marshalltown. The Marshalltown Municipal Airport is 20 miles southwest. The town's towering grain elevator serves as a landmark visible for miles across the surrounding farmland.
