Lima is a tiny farming community in western Illinois, about 25 miles from Quincy via Route 96. Most visitors arrive on longer trips from Springfield or Chicago using US 36, while locals make short runs to Quincy for services. The town of 224 people sits in classic Midwest prairie country and still has its original one-room schoolhouse from the 1800s.
