Lilesville is a small Anson County town of about 1,000 people, located 50 miles southeast of Charlotte via US-74 East and NC-109 South. The area sits in North Carolina's Piedmont region among rolling farmland and experiences typical humid subtropical weather. US-52 provides north-south access, while local roads connect to Wadesboro and other regional communities. The town sits along the historic Great Indian Trading Path that once connected Virginia to Georgia.
