Lewiston is a small farming town of 2,400 people in Cache Valley, about 10 miles southwest of Logan via Highway 91. Most visitors arrive from Salt Lake City (90 miles south via I-15 and Highway 91) or make the short drive from Logan. The town sits in fertile valley floor between mountain ranges and experiences typical mountain west weather with snowy winters and dry summers. The restored 1908 Lewiston Opera House still hosts community theater performances.
