Lemon Hill is a Sacramento County community of about 15,000 people, sitting east of California's capital city. Highway 16 provides the main route from Sacramento, while State Route 99 connects to Stockton and points north. Sacramento Executive Airport is 12 miles west for air travelers. The city takes its name from historic citrus groves that once blanketed the area's gentle hills.
