Lehigh is a farming town of about 180 people in central Kansas, located on Highway 56 between McPherson and Great Bend. Most visitors arrive from Wichita via I-135 north to McPherson, then west on Highway 56. The town sits in classic Great Plains country with endless wheat fields and a prominent grain elevator that's been a local landmark since the early 1900s.
