Laurel Hill is a small Florida Panhandle town of 355 people, reached via State Road 85 from Crestview or State Road 4 from DeFuniak Springs. It's about 45 miles from I-10 and sits in rolling hills unusual for Florida. The town runs on Central Time, unlike most of the state.
