Lathrop is a Central Valley city along I-5, about 75 miles east of San Francisco and 15 miles south of Stockton. Highway 120 connects it east to Manteca and west toward the Bay Area. The city serves as a pit stop for long-distance I-5 travelers and a bedroom community for Bay Area commuters. You can't miss the enormous Amazon fulfillment center that dominates the skyline along the interstate.
