Larkfield-Wikiup is an unincorporated community in Sonoma County wine country, about 65 miles north of San Francisco via Highway 101. Located near Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport, it serves as a convenient base for exploring local wineries and the Russian River valley. The area features rolling hills with vineyards and enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters. The community's name partly honors the traditional Pomo dwellings called wikiups, built from local willow and tule.
