Lambert is a small Delta town in northwestern Mississippi, about 30 miles south of Tennessee. Highway 3 runs north-south through town, connecting to Tunica (25 miles) and Marks (15 miles). Interstate 55 sits 40 miles east for longer trips to Memphis or Jackson. The area features two small airports, Selfs and Fletcher Field, mainly for crop dusters. Lambert sits in some of the flatest farmland in America, where fields flood each winter for duck hunting.
