Lake Park is a small Minnesota town of 600 people located 15 miles southeast of Detroit Lakes on Highway 34. The main route from Minneapolis follows I-94 west to Highway 34, about 180 miles total. Detroit Lakes Airport is 15 miles northwest. The town sits on Lake Park Lake with public boat access right in town.
