Laddonia is a farming town of 533 people in north-central Missouri's Audrain County, accessible via Highway 54 from Jefferson City (45 miles south) or Bowling Green to the north. County roads connect to nearby Vandalia and other rural communities. The town maintains one of Missouri's last volunteer-run post offices, where residents take turns handling mail delivery.
