Kingsville is a South Texas college town 40 miles southwest of Corpus Christi, home to Texas A&M University-Kingsville and nearly 25,000 residents. US Highway 77 runs north-south through town, connecting to Victoria and the Rio Grande Valley, while Highway 141 heads east toward Corpus Christi. The city sits on the famous King Ranch, one of the world's largest cattle operations, and features the restored 1913 Kleberg County Courthouse downtown.
