Kimball is a small farming town in western Nebraska's panhandle, about 20 miles from Colorado on US Highway 30. With around 2,200 residents, it serves as the county seat and sits along the historic Lincoln Highway route. You can reach it via Highway 71 from I-80 (15 miles south) or take US 30 directly across the state. The 1925 courthouse features a distinctive octagonal dome visible for miles across the prairie.
