Kickapoo Site 2 is a tiny community of 15 people in Brown County, about 15 miles southwest of Hiawatha. Take US 73 south from Hiawatha, then county roads west, or drive north from Topeka via US 75 through Holton. The settlement sits in rolling farmland near the Missouri border and takes its name from the Kickapoo tribe that once lived in this region.
