Keyes is a tiny farming town of 175 people in Oklahoma's narrow panhandle, just five miles from Kansas. Located on Highway 385 near the intersection with US 56, it's about 45 miles from Liberal, Kansas. The town sits at 3,600 feet on the high plains where wheat fields stretch endlessly under big prairie skies. Keyes holds the distinction of being Oklahoma's northernmost incorporated community.
