Kenton Vale is a tiny Kentucky city of 158 people in Kenton County, just south of Cincinnati across the Ohio River. Access is via Interstate 275 and nearby US Route 27, with Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport about 15 miles southwest. Despite being one of Kentucky's smallest cities by population, it maintains its own municipal government and fire department.
