Kennett Square is a small borough in Chester County, about 35 miles southwest of Philadelphia via US Route 1 and PA Route 82. The town of 6,200 sits in rolling countryside near the Delaware border, with PA Routes 82 and 926 providing the main local connections. It's known as the "Mushroom Capital of the World" and produces about half of America's mushrooms in the surrounding farms.
