Kaneville is a tiny rural community in Kane County, about 45 miles west of Chicago via I-88 and Route 38. Most visitors arrive from Aurora, just 8 miles east on Route 38, making it a quick drive through Illinois farmland. The restored 1888 Kaneville Depot serves as both museum and community center.
