Josephville is a small farming community of about 660 people in St. Charles County, 35 miles northwest of St. Louis. Take I-70 west to Highway 79 north to reach it from the city, or I-70 east from Kansas City. Highway 94 along the Missouri River offers a scenic route past local wineries. The volunteer fire station serves as the town's main community gathering spot.
