Jolly is a tiny farming town of 185 people in Clay County, about 15 miles southwest of Wichita Falls via FM 174. Most visitors arrive on US 287, the main north-south route connecting Dallas-Fort Worth to Oklahoma. The town hosts an annual Watermelon Festival celebrating local agriculture.
