Johnstown is a small city in central Ohio, about 25 miles northeast of Columbus in Licking County. Most visitors arrive via I-71 to Route 161 east, then Route 37 north, while locals use Route 37 between Columbus and Newark. The town centers around a historic courthouse square featuring the impressive 1889 Licking County Courthouse, built in Richardsonian Romanesque style.
