Jersey is a tiny farming community in Walton County, about 50 miles east of Atlanta via I-20 and Highway 138. With just 148 residents, it sits in Georgia's rolling Piedmont countryside among pine forests and pastures. The historic Jersey Baptist Church from 1887 still stands as the community's centerpiece, surrounded by massive oak trees.
