Jennings is a small city in north-central Florida's Hamilton County, about 60 miles west of Jacksonville. US Highway 41 runs right through town, connecting north to Valdosta, Georgia, and south toward Tampa. I-75 sits 15 miles west for long-distance travel. The area features rolling pine forests and farmland typical of northern Florida's rural landscape. Just north of town, the Withlacoochee and Alapaha rivers merge to form the famous Suwannee River.
