Inkster is a farming community of 27 people in eastern North Dakota, about 30 miles northwest of Grand Forks on US Highway 2. The town sits in the fertile Red River Valley, where winters are brutal and summers are ideal for agriculture. Most visitors arrive via Highway 2 from Grand Forks or connect from Interstate 29. The massive grain elevator dominates the skyline and can be seen for miles across the flat prairie.
