Inkster is a small Wayne County city 15 miles west of Detroit, positioned along Interstate 94 and Michigan Avenue. The city sits near Detroit Metro Airport (8 miles southeast) and connects easily to Dearborn, Ann Arbor, and western Michigan via major highways. It's home to the historic Inkster Valley Golf Club, one of America's oldest African American-owned golf courses from 1929.
