Industry is a small borough in western Pennsylvania's Beaver County, about 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh along the Ohio River. Take I-376 west from Pittsburgh to the Beaver exit, then Route 18 north for 8 miles. From Ohio, US Route 30 provides direct access across the state line. The town was named for the Harmony Society's 1820s manufacturing enterprises, including a wool factory that supplied cloth throughout the eastern states.
