Iliff is a tiny farming town in northeastern Colorado's Logan County, sitting along US Highway 6 about 12 miles east of Sterling. The grain elevator from the 1920s dominates the skyline and serves as a landmark across the flat prairie. Most visitors arrive via I-76 from Denver (130 miles) or drive the short stretch from Sterling for hunting and rural tourism.
