Hymera is a small farming town in western Indiana's Sullivan County, surrounded by corn and soybean fields. Reach it via State Road 54, connecting to US 41 near Terre Haute about 30 miles southeast. From Indianapolis, take I-70 west to Terre Haute, then US 41 north. The distinctive grain elevator serves as a landmark visible across the flat countryside.
