Hurdsfield is a tiny farming town of 35 people in central North Dakota's Wells County. Drive north from Carrington on US 52 for 15 miles, then west on County Road 15A, or south from Harvey on the same highway. Most visitors come from nearby agricultural communities via short county road connections. The grain elevator dominates the skyline and serves as a landmark visible across miles of prairie farmland.
