Hunnewell is a tiny farming town in northeast Missouri, about 15 miles southwest of Hannibal via Highway 15 and local roads. Most visitors come from Highway 36, the main east-west route that runs through Monroe City to the north. The restored 1920s grain elevator dominates the skyline and still operates during harvest season.
