Hunker is a tiny community of about 300 people in Westmoreland County, 35 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Take US Route 119 south from Greensburg or US Route 22 east from Pittsburgh to local connections. Arnold Palmer Regional Airport sits 15 miles northeast. The rolling hills here still contain original coal company houses from the 1700s German settlement.
