Hubbard is a small farming town in northeastern Nebraska, about 15 miles south of Sioux City via Highway 35. With just 190 residents, it sits in Dakota County's rolling agricultural landscape. The town developed along the old Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway line, creating its distinctive linear layout that visitors can still see today.
