Hoyleton is a small farming town in Washington County, about an hour east of St. Louis via I-64. Take Exit 61 and head north through rural Illinois countryside to reach this community of 523 residents. Route 153 runs north-south through town, connecting to Nashville and Centralia. The area's historic grain elevator still towers over Main Street, serving local farmers just as it has since the 1920s.
