Holloway is a small Ohio village of 399 people in Belmont County, about 15 miles from Wheeling, West Virginia. Take State Route 800 to reach it, with I-70 access 12 miles south near St. Clairsville. The area features rolling Appalachian foothills and farmland. A historic one-room schoolhouse still stands in the village center.
