Holley is a small village in Orleans County, about 30 miles west of Rochester along the Erie Canal. Take Route 31 directly through town, or use I-490 to Route 19 north for faster access from Rochester. The village preserves one of the few remaining hand-operated lift bridges on the Erie Canal, a working 1914 steel bridge that still opens for boat traffic.
