Hollenberg is a tiny farming community in north-central Kansas near the Nebraska border, home to just nine people. Reach it via US Highway 36 west from Marysville, or from Concordia through rural county roads. The main attraction is the historic Hollenberg Pony Express Station, one of the few original stone buildings from the 1860-61 mail route still standing in Kansas.
