Hoffman is a small farming town in south-central Illinois, about 60 miles east of St. Louis. Take I-64 to Exit 61, then follow local roads into the village. Most traffic uses I-64 for longer trips or heads northeast to Centralia via County Highway 9. The area sits on flat prairie perfect for agriculture, with hot summers and cold winters typical of central Illinois. The historic grain elevator towers over the surrounding farmland and can be seen for miles.
