Hesston is a small agricultural city in central Kansas, 30 miles north of Wichita on US Highway 81. Most visitors arrive via the straight shot north from Wichita or connect through Newton using Interstate 135. The town serves as home to Hesston College, a Mennonite liberal arts school whose tree-lined campus stands out against the surrounding wheat fields.
