Hersey is a tiny farming town of 360 people in central Michigan, accessible via M-20 from either Reed City (15 miles west) or Evart (20 miles east). Long-distance visitors use US-131 north from Grand Rapids, then head west on M-20. It's one of the smallest incorporated communities along the M-20 corridor.
