Henry is a small Tennessee town of about 500 people, reached mainly via State Route 79 from Paris, twelve miles northeast. Most traffic involves local trips to Paris or connections to Interstate 40 for Nashville and Memphis. The town sits in gently rolling hills typical of the Tennessee River valley. Henry County Airport right in town still operates one of western Tennessee's few remaining grass runways, drawing vintage aircraft enthusiasts.
