Henderson is a small Louisiana town of about 1,800 people, located 20 miles east of Lafayette via I-10 and Highway 347. It sits on the edge of the Atchafalaya Basin, making it a popular base for swamp tours and fishing. The town is home to Pat's Fisherman's Wharf, a legendary seafood restaurant that's been serving crawfish and catfish since 1952 right on the levee.
