Heber-Overgaard is a high-elevation twin community in Arizona's White Mountains, sitting at 6,600 feet among ponderosa pines. Highway 260 connects it to Show Low (20 miles east) and Payson (45 miles west), with Phoenix about 140 miles via I-17. The area offers four-season mountain climate and serves as a gateway to Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest recreation. One of Arizona's last working sawmills still operates here, filling the air with the scent of fresh-cut pine.
